Property prices soared by nearly 70%, and what made the scenarios even interesting was the fact that you didn’t need to be a pro investor to reap out the creamy outcomes. All you just needed was to show up.
But now, how things have changed? We’re past the January hype, and the market has matured enough, and while prices are still growing, villas are up by 20%, apartments up by 19.5% YoY, basically the entire momentum that was once built up in January is slowing, and the quick gains are gone.
