DAMAC Cavalli Tower is a 70-storey ultra-luxury branded residential tower in Al Sufouh, at the edge of Dubai Marina positioned directly opposite the Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort with uninterrupted views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and the Arabian Gulf. This is the world’s first residential building with interiors by Roberto Cavalli Home, following DAMAC Properties’ acquisition of the Roberto Cavalli fashion house in 2019. The tower was designed by Shaun Killa, the award-winning architect behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future. DAMAC Properties, founded in 2002, has delivered over 47,000 units across the Middle East and is the developer behind DAMAC Hills, Safa One, and Cavalli Estates. Cavalli Tower adds an AED 1 billion landmark to that portfolio.
Cavalli Tower houses approximately 485 residences across three tiers: luxury apartments (floors 4–37), super-luxury apartments (floors 38-47), and sky lofts with flying terraces (upper floors). Configurations range from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom duplex penthouses. The fan-shaped facade maximises sea views from every unit. Curved balconies on upper floors include private pools and jacuzzis. Interiors by Roberto Cavalli Home feature the brand's signature animal prints, bold fabric patterns, and gold accents throughout. Kitchens are fully equipped with branded appliances. Bathrooms include designer bathtubs and glass partitions. The Skylofts Collection on floors 68–71 represents DAMAC's ultra-premium tier, each unit with a floating terrace and panoramic Gulf views.
Cavalli Tower’s amenity programme spans the full height of the building. Level 24 houses a wellness enclave with a juice bar and Zen space overlooking the Dubai horizon. Level 58 delivers a sky garden with an infinity pool and fine-dining restaurant served by signature chefs. At ground level, an artificial beach with a relaxation deck and F&B outlets provides a resort experience without leaving the building.
