DAMAC Gems Estates is a branded villa community within DAMAC Hills a 42 million square foot golf-course master community in Dubailand, Dubai. Developed by DAMAC Properties, one of the UAE’s largest luxury developers with a portfolio exceeding 47,000 units across the Middle East, Gems Estates is a collaboration between two global luxury brands: Cavalli (interiors) and de GRISOGONO (architectural design). The concept draws inspiration from Austrian painter Gustav Klimt a dominant black and gold palette, graceful curves, and gemstone detailing that extends from the facade to the fixtures.
