Binghatti Skyblade price starts at AED 1.67 M, and handover is set for Q4 2027.

The Binghatti Skyblade payment plan is a 70:30 split. A 20 percent down payment is due on the booking date, a further 50 percent is paid through construction in installments, and the closing 30 percent is due on handover. That means 70 percent of the price is paid before the keys are handed over.

Binghatti Skyblade location is Downtown Dubai, in the Burj Khalifa area. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are both 20 minutes from the tower, DIFC is 5 minutes, and Meydan Racecourse and the Museum of the Future are each 12 minutes. Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach are 13 minutes, Dubai Creek Golf and Dubai International Airport are 10 minutes, and Palm Jumeirah is 18 minutes.

Skyblade is built by Binghatti Developers, who have more than 84 projects listed in the UAE. Their other Dubai projects include Binghatti Hillviews at Al Barshaa South Second from AED 800,000, Binghatti Hillside at Al Barshaa South Second from AED 774,999, Binghatti Haven at Al Hebiah Fourth from AED 750,000 and Binghatti Elite at Me’aisem First from AED 600,000.

Those four start between AED 600,000 and AED 800,000. Skyblade opens at AED 1.67 M, which puts it well above the rest of the developer’s listed Dubai stock on price, and it is the only one of the group in Downtown Dubai.

Binghatti Skyblade at Downtown Dubai and Volta Apartments both open at AED 1.67 M, and both take 20 percent at booking. The split after that differs. Skyblade asks 30 percent at handover against 40 percent at Volta, so more of the money is paid during construction at Skyblade. Skyblade also hands over two quarters earlier, in Q4 2027 against Q2 2028. On size, Skyblade starts smaller with a 385 sq ft studio where Volta starts at a 673 sq ft 1 bedroom, and Skyblade reaches 2,569 sq ft where Volta stops at 2,370.11 sq ft. Volta adds a 4 bedroom option that Skyblade does not have.
