Residential values on Palm Jumeirah rose by nearly 19% in just the first five months of 2025, reinforcing the island's role as a capital preservation destination. Within this environment, whole-floor residences of the scale offered by Omniyat Bespoke ranging from 33,406 sq ft at AVA's Sky Palace to 58,476 sq ft at Luna Sky Palace represent a category with no direct comparable in the Dubai market.
