DAMAC Lagoons sits in the western Dubailand corridor between Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, directly opposite DAMAC Hills 1, and adjacent to Tilal Al Ghaf. This location gives residents fast access to Dubai's western leisure belt: Miracle Garden, Dubai Autodrome, Dubai International Stadium, and the Plantation Polo Club are all within 15 minutes. Dubai Marina is 25 minutes. The tradeoff is distance, Downtown Dubai and DIFC commuters should factor 40 to 50 minutes during peak traffic on Hessa Street. The community is car-dependent; there is no nearby Metro service.
