Being the child of entrepreneur parents Hussain Sajwani got the business tricks and leadership in his genes. His father was a trader and had a shop at the local souk. He was from a medical background and attended medical college in Baghdad and obtained a government scholarship. • FRESH SLATE INITIATIVE- Sajwani announced the initiative in collaboration with the Dubai Police aiming to aid the detainees in Dubai’s Punitive and Correctional Institutions charges for minor offenses.

He was born in the year 1954 into a conservative, middle-class family in Dubai. He received his graduate degree in economics from the University of Washington; the main reason behind the degree was his want of pursuing his career as a white-collar professional.
