A tremendous record has been made this year with an increment of 60% in sales in comparison to last year and the same time. 85% increases in the sold homes are observed from H1 2021 to H1 2022.

Dubai Residential market has got a good pick with an increase in sales in every section. Apartments have got a major boost following the trend of villas and townhouses. A total of 25,705 transactions have been observed with a 62% boost in overall sales.
