Grand Polo Club & Resort is Emaar's equestrian themed masterplan in Dubai Investment Park, covering 5.54 million square metres. At its centre are a 340,000 sqm Polo Fields precinct, the Stables and a 5,600 sqm clubhouse. Emaar's brochure describes the Stables as a spiral shaped building wrapped around a landscaped courtyard.

Chevalia Estate occupies a corner of DIP 2, on the corridor between Expo Road (E77) and Emirates Road (E611). The Dubai South and Al Maktoum International Airport zone lies on one side, and central Dubai's older communities on the other.

Emaar is Dubai's biggest developer, behind Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour.
