Vision Developments Starts Construction on 246 Apartments in Dubai Production City

The change is simple: Sera Gardens has moved from the sales stage to the building stage. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the company’s senior management, its partners on the project and other stakeholders. The building is planned as G+P+8+R.

What the announcement does not include is a target handover date or a price list. Buyers should get both from the developer in writing before booking, rather than relying on figures quoted during a sales call or on listing portals.

1. Ask for the DLD project number and escrow account details, and confirm both with DLD before paying.
