Dubai's ultra-luxury property market recorded 269 deals above AED36.7m ($10m), worth AED16.57bn, in the first half of 2026. That was up 11.2% in volume and 11.5% in value on the same period of 2025. Across 2025, luxury sales reached 6,668 deals worth about AED143.8bn, against 4,735 deals worth AED99.3bn in 2024.

In land, the Jumeirah plot led at AED147.13m, followed by Bukadra at AED84.18m ($22.9m).

Outside Dubai, the ranking's top sales were led by an Al Shamkha villa in Abu Dhabi.
