The penthouse by Binghatti is well scattered over 47,200 square feet, making it one of the largest private residences in Dubai. The deal also set a new benchmark for price per square foot in Business Bay, recorded at around AED 11,650 per sq ft. And it is the highest ever achieved sale in this area.
The transaction was completed by Binghatti’s Chief Sales Officer, Abdullah Binghatti. According to the developer, this sale marks a new pricing record for Dubai’s real estate market, reflecting continued demand in the ultra-luxury segment.
Binghatti’s Chairman, Muhammad Binghatti, stated that the company has sold over 14,000 residential units year-to-date, placing Binghatti among the top developers in Dubai. Based on Dubai Land Department data, the developer now holds a significant market share across multiple residential segments.
