Peak Summit Real Estate Development LLC is a Dubai-based boutique developer founded in 2023 by CEO and Founder Sergii Voronovych, a European entrepreneur who brings extensive construction and hospitality management experience from Europe to Dubai’s residential property market. The company was established with a clear vision to create European-inspired, design-led residential communities in Dubai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, blending timeless Mediterranean and contemporary architectural styles with wellness-focused amenities and premium craftsmanship. Peak Summit’s flagship development is The Orchard Place, the largest European-inspired residential community in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), with a total gross development value (GDV) of over AED 850 million across all phases. Launched in October 2023, the project has grown into a multi-tower community comprising more than 1,100 apartments. Phase 1 (Towers A and B) launched in October 2023, Phase 2 launched in May 2024, and Phase 3, Solena at The Orchard Place (Towers D and E), was unveiled in 2025, adding over 400 additional homes with a GDV exceeding AED 300 million and an expected handover in Q2 2028.
