About Main Realty

Main Realty is a Dubai based property developer with over 23 years of experience across the United States and the UAE. Founded in 2003 in Miami by Mohammed Aamir Siddiq, it delivered 100 homes in Florida before entering Dubai, where it operates as Main Realty Real Estate L.L.C. under licence number 1160389 from an office in Dubai Hills. The company specialises in off plan residential development and has released 2 Dubai projects so far, Primero Residences in Al Furjan and Flow Residences on Dubai Islands, both built around 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

The company began as Main Group, a single operator venture in Miami, and grew into a multi arm business covering brokerage, logistics and investment alongside development. It trades on the line "Adding Value to Priceless" and today runs development operations in 2 markets, with the American business and the UAE business held as separate entities.

Main Realty dates its inception to 2003 with the founding of Main Group, followed by the Pembroke Falls expansion in Florida between 2005 and 2007 that produced its United States delivery record. The 2013 to 2016 period brought portfolio expansion with Mavrick Equity and the group's first UAE presence through Mainland Real Estate Brokers. Between 2019 and 2021 it added Mainland Logistics, Mainland Express and Main Investments.

The Dubai development arm came next. The company scaled its UAE operation from a permanent Dubai office, released Primero Residences in 2024 as its first local project, and followed with Flow Residences in 2025. That gives it a 2 year launch record in the emirate, against a 20 year record in the United States.

Main Realty is founder owned. Mohammed Aamir Siddiq holds the Chief Executive Officer role alongside founder, the company was built without institutional backing, and no external shareholders are disclosed, so ownership and operating control stay in the same hands across both the American and the UAE entities. Company statements set out a focus on off plan residential product rather than resale trading.

Below the founder, 4 senior executives are named publicly: Nazim Nizar as Chief Finance Officer, Joclaire Carrasco as Chief Operating Officer, Mariel Tolentino as Marketing Manager and Amal Hamed as Brand Ambassador. Finance and operations leads are the two roles a buyer would want identified before committing to an off plan purchase, and both are disclosed here, which is not standard practice among developers at this scale.

Primero Residences was the first Dubai release, a mixed use building in Al Furjan within the Jebel Ali area. Flow Residences followed on Dubai Islands, within Palm Deira, as a low rise residential building on the waterfront masterplan.

The 2 buildings are deliberately different in scale. Primero Residences runs to a G+17 configuration, while Flow Residences is a G+6, and apartment sizes across the pair span 800 to 2,850 sq ft, from compact 1 bedroom stock to family sized 3 bedroom layouts. Both are off plan, both are apartment only, and both are concentrated in just 2 districts, which splits the developer's Dubai exposure between an established inland residential area and a newer coastal one.

The design position traces directly to the company's Florida origin, and the developer applies a Miami coastal treatment to its UAE buildings through layout planning, amenity selection and finish specification rather than through headline architecture. It describes the result in its own words as sophisticated yet attainable, placing the product below the ultra luxury tier, and the treatment shows up most on the Dubai Islands waterfront project.

Separately, the company publishes a set of commitments covering sustainability, smart living systems, strategic locations and transparency. These are self declared positions rather than certified standards, so a buyer assessing this developer should weight the verifiable record, meaning the delivery history, the licensing and the escrow position, ahead of the stated commitments.

Brokers work with the company through a channel partner programme with a registration route on its own website, supported by a dedicated agent relations function. Registered agencies receive inventory access, commission terms and launch material directly from the developer.

Overseas buyers are supported with a 360 degree digital twin walkthrough published for the Dubai Islands project, alongside appointment booking for live project presentations and site viewings.

Frequently Asked Questions

The company holds a UAE trade licence and sells off plan under the Dubai escrow regime. Buyers should confirm the project registration and escrow account through the Dubai REST application from the Dubai Land Department, pay only into that escrow account, and check their unit is recorded on Oqood.

Park Heights Square 1, Suite 705-706, Dubai Hills, Dubai. The company also maintains a United States office at 2893 Executive Park Drive, Suite 122, Weston, Florida. Dubai buyers contract with the UAE registered entity, not the American one.

The company is founder owned and privately held, with no institutional or external shareholders disclosed. The founder remains Chief Executive Officer, so strategy, capital decisions and project selection are controlled by the same person who started the business in 2003.

Apartments only. There are no villas, townhouses or plotted developments in the Dubai portfolio, and both buildings are configured around 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts across a mid rise and a low rise format.

Yes. The developer operates a channel partner programme with broker registration handled on its own website. Registered agencies deal directly with the developer's agent relations function for inventory, commission structure and marketing material.

It refers to the coastal design theme the developer applies to its UAE buildings, drawn from its Florida origins. In practice it shows up in the styling, amenity mix and finish choices of the waterfront project in particular, rather than in the underlying construction specification.

Not so far. Both UAE projects are in Dubai, with no launches announced in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or the northern emirates. The American arm operates separately from Florida and is outside the UAE portfolio.

The developer can be reached on +971 4 879 1888 or by email at info@mainrealty.com. Its website also carries project specific registration forms, so enquiries route to the relevant development rather than a general desk.
