Azizi Milan 53 is priced from AED 650,000 for a studio, with prices for larger apartments available on request. The payment plan follows a 60:40 structure: 10% on booking, 50% in installments during construction and 40% on handover.

On an AED 650,000 studio, that works out to AED 65,000 at booking, AED 325,000 across the construction period and AED 260,000 on completion. Buyers also pay the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, which comes to AED 26,000 on the same unit, so the cash needed upfront is about AED 91,000 before registration charges.

Azizi Milan is a 40 million sq ft master community by Azizi Developments in Dubai.
