Ravenna Residences is a 4 and 5-bedroom villa community in The Wilds, Dubailand, developed by Aldar Properties. It is the smaller of the two villa lines inside The Wilds, a joint venture between Aldar and Dubai Holding that launched in February 2025. Ravenna holds 62 villas designed by architect Nabil Gholam, set against the community Central Park. The master plan is the first in the UAE to earn both LEED Platinum and Fitwel 3-Star certifications, which link the design to measured energy use, air quality and resident wellbeing rather than a slogan.

Aldar sold out the first phase of The Wilds at launch in March 2025, generating AED 5 billion in a single release. That is the clearest read on how buyers value the villas. Ravenna starts from AED 9.5 million, and at that level the figure buys a low-density home rather than a tower unit. Every villa sits above the AED 2 million mark, so it qualifies for the UAE 10-Year Golden Visa. A 65/35 payment plan spreads the cost, with the final 35% held back until handover.

The Wilds runs along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, opposite Global Village, inside Dubailand and close to Al Barari and Majan. That road is the spine of the address. A resident reaches Business Bay in around 19 minutes and Downtown Dubai in about 21, while IMG Worlds of Adventure sits roughly 9 minutes away and Global Village around 11. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes out. The result is a planted, low-rise setting that still keeps the city’s work and weekend anchors inside a short drive.
