An Image of Luxury
Under the development of exclusive extra-luxury villas on the first six fronds of Palm Jebel Ali, due for completion by late 2026, Nakheel Properties, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has given three major contracts totalling more than AED5 billion ($1.36 billion).
Given to Ginco General Contracting, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, and United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC), the contracts will start a turning point in the continuous growth of this iconic waterfront location in Dubai.
Palace Jebel Ali shows Dubai's aim of growth and wealth and to touch the new height of waterfront living. Said the CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, it is poised to hugely support the economic growth of the emirate by drawing investment and travel for years to come.
