Tiger Properties is the real estate development arm of Tiger Group, one of the oldest building names in the United Arab Emirates. The group started in 1976. Its founders wanted to take part in building the UAE by putting up projects held to the highest quality standards they could reach, and by giving buyers more than they expected.
What began as a contracting business in Sharjah has grown over almost five decades into one of the most respected property developers in the region. Tiger Properties has handed over thousands of homes, commercial spaces and retail units across the Emirates.
Today Tiger Properties designs, builds and delivers residential and mixed use developments in four emirates, backed by a group that has been trading for fifty years.
The starting point was Tiger Contracting, opened in Sharjah in 1976. Construction came first. The company learned how to build before it learned how to sell.
From there the group widened its reach. Alongside construction and property development it moved into facilities management, hospitality, manufacturing, education and healthcare, and took its operations out of the UAE into the Gulf, the wider Middle East and Turkey. Tiger Properties grew out of that base as the development side of the group, and it kept the same habit of doing the building itself.
That history is why the company calls itself the pioneer developer of choice in the UAE and the region

Property development sits at the centre of the business. Around forty companies inside the group work across sectors that feed into it:
Outside housing, the construction record covers office buildings, towers, schools and universities, sports arenas and mosques.
The company develops and constructs through its own group companies instead of handing the work to outside contractors. Quality control, programme and cost stay under one roof, and the company that promises a completion date is the same one doing the work.
Timely handover is the reputation the company has built. Its stated approach is to finish projects in a fair timeframe at a reasonable cost, without giving up quality or safety to do it. Recent handovers support that, and the company has said publicly that it will deliver a finished project every month through 2026.
Competitive prices, payment plans running up to five years, and units handed over furnished and equipped are steady features of its launches. Ownership is open to buyers of all nationalities.
Its developments are planned as full environments rather than stacked apartments. Swimming pools, gymnasiums, jogging tracks, landscaped gardens and recreation areas come as standard, and the larger projects go a good deal further.
Every project starts with a study of the site to check that the surroundings will still suit the development years later.
The portfolio is wide enough for a first time investor and for a buyer who wants a top floor home:
Homes usually arrive furnished and equipped, with modern bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens, built in wardrobes or walk in closets, floor to ceiling windows and open interiors that pull in daylight.

Across the group, 270 projects have been completed since 1976.
The biggest project the company has taken on. It is a full residential city in the Aaliya area of Ajman, launched in November 2025 with an investment of ten billion dollars and covering 4,273,504 square metres. A lagoon runs through it, so the community has real waterfront living with open views and well planned homes.
More than twenty five facilities sit inside it: a multi purpose dome, waterfront restaurants, water fountains, a boat dock, an elevated walkway, an interactive plaza, gardens, outdoor dining, sports courts, a mosque, an amphitheatre, a children's play area, water features, a food truck zone, a linear park, a central promenade, a waterfall, art installations and a fitness centre. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna, massage room and cold plunge pool.
The first phase opens with Orchid Towers 1 and 2 at competitive prices, with payment plans running up to five years and ownership available to all nationalities. Construction runs to a three year programme, with handovers set for the fourth quarter of 2028.

Quality assurance at Tiger Properties runs on a documented system. The company works to ISO 9001, to the statutory regulations of the UAE, and to the contract specifications and client requirements on each project. Its contracting arm is accredited and ranked at the top level of categorisation by the relevant authorities.
The system is there to hold quality steady across every activity, keep the working environment healthy and safe, apply current construction technology, and improve the work over time. Staff are trained to keep it running, and the company measures its standing in the market by whether clients are satisfied.
Behind it sits a stated promise to act with integrity and honour, and to deal professionally with the owners and users of every project.
