Emaar Terra Gardens is a 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment and townhouse community in Expo Living, Expo City Dubai, developed by Emaar Properties in partnership with Dubai World Trade Center. It is the second residential release inside Expo City, a district that retains 80% of the Expo 2020 infrastructure, where the Route 2020 Metro and Expo Mall are already built, not promised. Terra Gardens delivers 560 homes across a low-rise G+12 format, the second of five planned Expo Living communities that will total 3,555 units.
