SRG Properties LLC is the real estate development arm of SRG Holding, a Dubai-based family-owned conglomerate founded by Abdulsalam AlRafi in 1958. Originally established as a trading company in the Al Ras Deira souq, the group expanded into real estate in the early 1970s and has since grown into one of the UAE’s most established holding companies. Today, it is led by the second generation of the AlRafi family under Chairman Mohamed AlRafi and CEO Fahad AlRafi.
